Classes and training sessions have benefits for high-level competitive boxers and day 1 beginners alike. Coaches all get to know each and every member and help them achieve their goals in the sport, whether it be general fitness or sanctioned boxing. I can't recommend it enough for your fitness or combat sports journey.
